Hi there, I am
Front-End Web Developer + User Experience Designer Lagos Nigeria
A user experience designer and Front-end web developer with a passion for building clean interface user-centred web applications that solve challenges of its users. I combine design and Front-end development to give seamless, mobile-first web-based product.
Design + code
I researched, designed and developed the front-end of 3rdRetail Africa. A B2B platform made up of two sides, Brands and Reseller. Where Resellers make a purchase from Brands at a wholesale level. Solving offline distribution challenge of reaching out to more Resellers by connecting consumer brands with wholesale buyers in over 40 industries across Nigeria. Most Users of 3rdRetail are mobile savvy, so it was important to design a mobile-ready website.
Lead + Code
Led a team of Front-End developers to develop a marketplace on the web to buy billboard screens/space to place adverts(Ads). Billboard owners upload available billboards and billboard screens buyers buy screen and slots to display Ads. Comprises of two users/modules, Asset Owners and Asset Buyers I led the team to ensure the technical feasibility of the UI/UX design.
code
Took over and brought to completion a simple peer-to-peer loans platform that enables lenders looking to invest funds and people in need of funding to connect and easily manage their loan transactions. Help develop a tour guide using JavaScript for new users and ensure the technical feasibility of the User Interface design.
I design clean-easy to use interface design with users at the centre of my thought. with the world going mobile, I do mobile first design. User research and user testing are key to my design phase.
I code mobile-ready web interface using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, CSS pre-processor SaSS, JavaScript (ES5 and ES6), jQuery. Test Driven Development(TDD) using Jasmine, Responsive website with or without CSS frameworks, Version Control such as GitHub, Visual Studio Teams Service(VSTS) for collaboration. I build with web experience for all users (web Accessibility) in thought.
